Haulotte Bil-Jax in Archbold, Ohio is hiring a Production Assembly Operator to build and assemble components for aerial work platforms. You will work in a rotating role between assembly and the paint line, ensuring products meet durability, performance, and appearance standards.

The role requires reading blueprints, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Benefits start day one, with a Monday–Friday first shift and opportunities for cross-training and development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders in English.
• Willingness to learn multiple positions within the cell, including paint line operations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and work with teams.
• Forklift experience preferred and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components and sub-assemblies per established processes and work instructions.
• Support paint line operations and rotate as needed.
• Perform visual inspections for specifications and quality.
• Verify alignment, fit, operation, and retention of assemblies.
• Maintain tools, read blueprints, and follow production documentation.
• Communicate with supervisors and coworkers; participate in training as needed.
• Identify and help resolve production issues; adhere to safety and quality standards.
