Job summary

Air Methods CBS in Tucson provides pre-hospital ALS care from scene to hospital handoff, operating in a high-demand busy 911 environment. You will maintain equipment, documents, and compliance while supporting mission safety and patient outcomes with a skilled team.

The role requires active flight crew participation, ongoing education, and strong collaboration with base supervisors and medical directors to deliver exceptional care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 3+ years in a busy 911 system
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred
• Minimum three (3) years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system
• Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support from first contact to handoff to receiving facility
• Maintain thorough patient care documentation and equipment readiness
• Attend pre-mission briefings/debriefings and assist liftoff and navigation tasks
• Ensure safety standards and regulatory compliance throughout transport
