Job summary

Air Methods CBS is seeking a qualified Critical Care Flight Paramedic for Semmes, AL. You will deliver advanced life support in the field, document care, and work within regulatory scope while ensuring safety during transport.

The role requires 3+ years in a busy 911 system, ongoing education, and collaboration with physicians, pilots, and crew in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. On-site schedule with travel as needed and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 3+ years' related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum three years' recent experience in a busy 911 system

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-hospital advanced life support care and document thoroughly
• Maintain compliance with defined scope of practice and safety standards
• Attend at least six educational programs annually
• Maintain and report on equipment and supplies onboard aircraft
• Participate in pre-mission briefings and post-mission debriefings and assist pilots as needed
