You will collaborate with paid media, analytics, and development teams, prioritizing opportunities that deliver measurable returns while advancing AEO capabilities and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1-3+ years in AEO / AI search optimization, ideally in a B2B agency or demand-gen environment.
• Proven ability to connect AEO performance with lead gen and revenue outcomes.
• Deep understanding of how AI answer engines retrieve and cite content, including entity optimization and structured data.
• Proficiency with AI-visibility platforms and analytics tools (GA4, Looker Studio).
• Comfort navigating CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own AEO performance with a revenue growth mindset and drive strategies for increased visibility and qualified leads.
• Be a strategic thought partner to clients, aligning AEO strategy with business objectives.
• Deliver full-spectrum AEO solutions from technical audits to content architecture.
• Compile insights and reports linking AI visibility to pipeline growth.
• Lead experimentation with new AI platforms to stay ahead of trends.
