Job summary

Accertify Inc in Itasca, IL is seeking an AEO and Digital Marketing Manager to own AI-driven visibility across search engines, AI answer engines, and review platforms while directing WordPress updates and paid media execution.

You will coordinate with ABM/Demand Gen and Events teams, manage a junior resource, and ensure SOC 2–compliant tooling. This role focuses on turning visibility into qualified leads and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• AEO-forward marketer with understanding of how LLMs discover, index, retrieve, cite content.
• Direct experience with Profound (or comparable AI-visibility platform).
• Direct experience with SEMrush for keyword and competitive research.
• Comfortable editing WordPress content and structure.
• Proficient in Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads.
• Salesforce knowledge focusing on data flow and pipeline impact.
• Experience managing a YouTube channel and coordinating with a junior resource.
• Ability to operate in a SOC 2 compliant enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

• Own AEO/GEO visibility and measurement across AI-answer engines and organic search.
• Run analyses with Profound to translate insights into content and actions.
• Use SEMrush for research and extend into AEO tactics with structured data.
• Treat AEO as ongoing experiments with measurable outcomes.
• Partner with AI/LLM teams on automation and tooling within security vetting.
• Collaborate with content/portfolio marketing to build a citation-focused engine.
• Create recurring reports on visibility, citations, sentiment, and rankings.
• Own presence on review platforms as part of visibility strategy.
• Own WordPress site updates and GA4/Ads campaign execution.
• Coordinate social/video output to reinforce brand and AI signals.
• Guide connecting activities to Salesforce/Pardot for pipeline generation.
• Work with ABM/Demand Gen and Events teams to align campaigns and programs.
