Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam is hiring a Helicopter Pilot (HAA Pilot) for a full-time role in Durant, OK. You will operate as part of a medical air transport team, ensuring safe missions and compliance with FAR and company standards.

Required FAA rotorcraft commercial certificate, helicopter instrument rating, Class II medical certificate, and substantial helicopter flight hours. On-duty housing and a generous sign-on bonus are offered along with retention bonuses.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).
• 230 lb Weight Limit (including flight gear).
• High School Diploma or Higher (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals, FAR, and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
