Job summary

Global Medical Response is seeking a Helicopter Pilot in Oklahoma to join Air Evac Lifeteam’s medical air transport team. You will ensure aircraft readiness, transport patients safely, and maintain regulatory documentation in a fast-paced, life-saving environment.

The role offers a $15K sign-on bonus (eligibility-based) and retention bonuses, plus on-duty housing and a 7/7 schedule. Current rotorcraft commercial certificate and instrument rating are required, with extensive flight hours as noted.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate is required.
• Helicopter instrument rating is required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate is required.
• Minimum 2,000 total flight hours with 1,500 helicopter hours.
• 1,000 helicopter PIC hours and 500 turbine hours are required.

Responsibilities

• Work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals, FARs, and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements.
• Maintain accurate AEL and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift change information to the successor pilot and team per change board protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.
