Job summary

Air Evac Lifeteam in Altus, OK is seeking a Helicopter Pilot to provide medical air transportation services. The position offers a salary range of $110,949 - $122,044, plus a $15K sign-on bonus and retention bonuses. On‑duty housing and a 7/7 schedule are included.

You will work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely and maintain regulatory documentation. Required certifications include a rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate, helicopter instrument rating, and a Class II

Qualifications

• Current rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: minimum 2,000.
• Helicopter hours: minimum 1,500.
• PIC helicopter hours: minimum 1,000.
• Turbine helicopter hours: minimum 500.
• Night flight: 100 hours unaided (or 50 unaided with 100 hours aided).
• Weight limit 230 pounds with gear.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Maintain aircraft readiness and comply with FAR and Air Evac Lifeteam requirements and cleanliness duties.
• Keep accurate Air Evac Lifeteam and regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information to the next pilot and team following change-board recording protocols.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

MinimumRequirements
