Job summary

Skanska is seeking a Marketing Coordinator II to support sales and marketing efforts by coordinating proposals, qualifications, award submittals, and client-facing deliverables. The role collaborates with business development and operations to align content with branding and pursuit objectives.

This desk-based position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 8 years equivalent experience in marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in the Architectural, Construction, Engineering (AEC) or similar industry.
• Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proven experience in a position demonstrating time management, organization, writing, proofreading, and editing.

Responsibilities

• Producing RFQ/P responses, award submittals and presentation materials
• Meeting with the Business Development and Marketing team to discuss strategic initiatives
• Developing a layout for a proposal in InDesign and inputting information
• Interviewing project team members for value-added information to improve proposal response
• Leading a proposal kickoff meeting with the project team
• Updating resumes and project sheets
• Assisting in editing, assembling, printing and filing of qualifications, proposals and presentations
• Coordinating client interview preparations like travel and meeting rooms
• Managing the marketing team’s supplies and equipment
• Collecting and entering information into our project database
• Assisting in internal and external event planning
