Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field required; 4+ years of project management experience preferred.
• Professional Licensure (RA, PE, PS, RLA) preferred; PMP certification preferred.
• Proficient with Deltek, Newforma and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and third-party contractors.
• Prepare contracts, change orders, and client billing; manage accounts receivable.
• Lead client communications and project meetings; provide progress reports and documentation.
• Assist in business development, including proposals and interviews.
