Job summary

CobbFendley is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Houston or Woodlands office. You will lead multi-discipline projects, ensuring on-time delivery, client satisfaction, and adherence to QA/QC standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare scope of work (SOW), LOE and schedules for projects.
• Monitor progress with weekly budget and project reports; discuss staff utilization.
• Prepare proposals and pursue additional authorizations.
• Collect invoices from clients and manage past due accounts.
• Ensure contract review and QA/QC processes are followed.
• Document meeting minutes and support marketing with RFQs.
