Job summary

Atlantic-AE is seeking a Project Manager to lead commercial and industrial projects in a fully remote capacity. You will manage scope, schedule, and budget, coordinate internal teams, consultants, and clients, and serve as the primary client contact.

This role requires 4+ years in architectural project management and a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management. Remote position with occasional travel for client and project meetings.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of architectural project management experience.
• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management required.
• Experience managing commercial and/or industrial projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced remote environment.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and communicate professionally.
• Proficiency in Revit and standard project coordination tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial and industrial projects from design through construction.
• Oversee project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful delivery.
• Lead internal teams by setting expectations, tracking progress, and maintaining accountability.
• Identify risks early and proactively work toward solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive communication and consistent follow-through.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, consultants, and vendors.
• Coordinate consultant teams and ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
• Maintain organized project documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
