Job summary

CESO, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction field to plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget.

You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and serve as the primary client contact from initiation through closeout. The role requires a Bachelor’s in Architecture or Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with 4+ years of direct PM experience in design/construction, plus licensure or PMP preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field with 4+ years of direct project management in design/construction
• Or 10+ years of related experience or training
• Licensure (RA/PE/PS/RLA) preferred; PMP preferred
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Deltek and Newforma

Responsibilities

• Prepare proposals including scope, schedule, budget, and fee negotiations; coordinate contracts with senior leadership
• Lead and manage full lifecycle of A/E projects from initiation to closeout
• Serve as primary client contact and manage communications and expectations
• Oversee planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation for project delivery
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and client requirements
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Contribute to business development and client interviews
