Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Project Manager in Architecture and Engineering to lead interdisciplinary design and construction efforts in the San Francisco Bay Area on a hybrid schedule.

The role requires a BA/BS in Engineering, 6+ years in the A/E consulting industry, and a Licensed PE. You will coordinate multi-discipline teams, develop proposals, manage client relationships, and oversee projects from capture through closeout, ensuring on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Engineering from an accredited university with +2 years of relevant experience in the A/E field.
• Licensed PE
• Experience managing clients or projects in the A/E consulting industry
• Ability to lead multi-discipline teams and coordinate diverse stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Acting as a point of contact with a client.
• Preparing scope and fee proposals for multi-discipline projects
• Directing professional and technical staff to complete a wide variety of architectural and engineering projects.
• Coordinating internal resources and third parties/subcontractors for execution of projects.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget while meeting client expectations with high quality.
• Developing and monitoring a detailed project plan and schedule to track progress and identify shortfalls in a timely manner.
• Managing with change management.
• Preparing, coordinating and facilitating project meetings. Preparing and maintaining the agenda with associated meeting minutes.
