Job summary

Haskell Company in Jacksonville, FL seeks a Marketing Coordinator to support pursuit, communications, business development, and marketing objectives for the business unit.

You will coordinate marketing activities, produce proposals, manage digital content, analyze market data, and help develop campaigns while traveling as needed. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and organize marketing activities, resources, and schedules to accomplish pursuit, communications, business development, and marketing objectives of the business unit.
• Develop, design, and produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments.
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives.
• Research and analyze market data, compile reports, and use insights for messaging and ROI.
• Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, events, conferences, and travel as required.
• Track and maintain internal CRM data and support website/digital content efforts.
