Job summary

The Haskell Company is seeking a Marketing/Proposal Coordinator to plan and produce qualifications, proposals, and presentations that meet client criteria. You will coordinate marketing campaigns, digital content, and communications across multiple platforms, including analytics to improve ROI.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications or related fields with at least 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the AEC industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience; Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, award submittals, and other marketing assignments.
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives; analyze market data and ROI.
• Coordinate marketing communications, digital content, events, and travel as needed.
• Track and maintain project content, resumes, client contacts, and CRM data.
