Job summary

The Haskell Company in Utah is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to coordinate marketing activities, resources, and schedules to support pursuit, communications, and business development within the design and construction practice.

You will develop proposals, campaigns and digital content, analyze market data, and help maintain CRM assets. A Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience (AEC industry preferred) are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, business administration or technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience in Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign).
• Strong written and verbal communication with editing capabilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of marketing, communications, and business development principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and produce qualifications, proposals, presentations, and other marketing assets.
• Review RFP/RFQ and client's needs; outline criteria and assign deadlines.
• Plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns, digital content, and social media initiatives.
• Collect market data and assemble detailed reports across industries.
• Create website and digital content to support business development.
• Coordinate analytics and reports; track performance and ROI.
• Travel may be required for market-facing activities.
