Job summary

Fox is seeking a seasoned Marketing professional in Honolulu to support a broad range of marketing and business development activities for our AEC clients. You will coordinate RFQ/RFP responses with leadership, conduct market research, prepare client interview materials, and drive new business initiatives.

You will create engaging graphics and copy for campaigns across print, email, social media, and websites, manage the CRM and vendor relationships, assist with budgeting, and ensure on-time

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in AEC industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field.
• Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Graphic design experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to multi-task with multiple projects and deadlines.
• Strong organizational, creative, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of marketing and business development efforts.
• Lead responses to RFQ/RFPs with leadership collaboration.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
• Research and prepare materials for client interviews.
• Assist with new business/client development efforts.
• Create engaging graphics and copy for marketing materials and distribution across channels (print, email, social).
• Manage CRM system.
• Manage all social media accounts and website updates.
• Assist in budgeting and tracking marketing expenses.
• Coordinate with vendors for print advertising and other materials.
