Corgan is seeking an experienced AEC marketer to lead pursuit and marketing efforts for our West Coast region with a focus on Education, Healthcare, Workplace, and Aviation pursuits. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, as well as PowerPoint.
• Experience responding to California requirements (DSA, HCAI, OSPHD).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Partners with senior studio members to coordinate and produce materials, primarily RFQ/P responses and interview presentations.
• Leads coordination with internal teams, outside partners, and stakeholders to define differentiators and gather info for marketing.
• Leads kickoff meetings to define strategy for pursuit deliverables.
• Facilitates interview presentation run-throughs and provides feedback for improvements.
• Communicates the brand through custom visual and written content demonstrating industry understanding and design excellence.
• Partners with Communications to develop project stories, thought leadership, media pitches, and social posts.
• Maintains CRM data, SharePoint assets, and OpenAsset digital assets.
• Leads development of materials speaking to region-specific needs.
• Prioritizes team culture and engagement.
