Job summary

Kenco Group is seeking a Learning Consultant to design, develop, and deliver learning programs for employees, including instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning formats. The role supports LMS activities, analyzes program data, and collaborates with stakeholders under the Director of Learning & Development.

The position emphasizes content curation, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration, with travel about 25% and a focus on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited University is required.
• 3-5 years of experience in designing and delivering soft skills employee development courses.
• 3-5 years of LMS support or related experience.
• 2-4 years of experience with navigating technical systems and data analysis.
• Portfolio of courses delivered or designed for eLearning and web-based solutions preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and curate content for assigned area including employee programs and LMS.
• Coach, mentor, and lead by example where assigned.
• Support L&D programs using LMS, learning paths, curricula, assessments, and surveys.
• Deliver learning programs in formats including instructor led, virtual, eLearning, and blended learning.
• Assist with program coordination, scheduling, and monitoring; analyze data from programs.
