Job summary

Archinect in California seeks an experienced architecture/engineering professional to analyze drawings, perform on-site evaluations, determine material quantities, coordinate permits and bidding sets, and prepare construction bidding packages.

You will manage project payments, assemble refrigeration and equipment packages, draft CAD drawings, and oversee design through construction; the 8:00am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri schedule applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of full-time experience in AEC industries.
• Eligibility for legal employment in the US.
• Expertise in AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage a project schedule and documents from design through construction.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Bilingual in English and Korean preferred.

Responsibilities
