Job summary

H-Mart is seeking a design and project coordination professional in Whittier, CA to support permit applications and code compliance, manage owner-supplied materials, and coordinate schedules, site visits, and travel.

You will work with the HQ Asset Team, Design Team, landlords, general contractors, refrigeration contractors, vendors, and other departments to ensure projects meet design standards and timelines.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Interior Design or Architecture or related field.
• 2 to 3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred.

• $54,500 - 71,050 per year
• Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, qualifications, skills, and other job-related factors.
