H MART - CA Warehouse is seeking a Design/Architecture professional in Whittier, CA to support permitting, coordination, and owner-supplied materials on projects.

Responsibilities include coordinating with HQ Asset and Design teams, landlords, and contractors, preparing proposals and reports, and ensuring design and schedule adherence. A BS/BA in interior design or architecture with 2–3 years’ experience is required; English-Korean bilingualism is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in interior design or architecture or related field.
• 2–3 years of related professional experience.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, or 3D Max.
• Excellent portfolio of previous works required.
• Bilingual in English and Korean language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support permit applications, code compliance, and owner-supplied materials (Owner Supply) throughout the project.
• Coordinate project schedules, site visits, and business travel as needed.
• Coordinate with the HQ Asset Team, Design Team, landlord, general contractor, refrigeration contractor, vendors, and other relevant departments.
• Prepare project proposals, internal reports, and other documentation as required.
• Support project coordination and follow-up to ensure projects are completed according to design, schedule, and requirements.
