Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Beaumont, TX is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the AE experience to life. You’ll greet guests, share product details, explain the loyalty program, and help shoppers find items they love.

You’ll move between salesfloor, fitting room, and stockroom as needed, stay energetic in a fast-paced environment, and represent AE values with integrity while delivering friendly, personalized service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

• Engage guests using the AE Selling Model and help them find what they want with a friendly, “friends first” approach.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest items to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AE loyalty program and other brand channels to shoppers.
• Move between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Support teammates to get the job done.
• Adhere to AE policies and procedures with integrity.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they're looking for with a “friends first” mindset.

• Flex between the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Adhere to AEO's policies & procedures with integrity.
