Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Longview, TX is hiring a Part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store and provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will help guests find exactly what they want, answer questions about AE and Aerie products, and promote the loyalty program.

You will work across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, supporting teammates and upholding company policies with enthusiasm and integrity.

Qualifications

• Available to work when guests shop, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior retail experience.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible across zones: Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and support teamwork.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest to help them find exactly what they're looking for, and do so with a "friends first" mindset. (The AEO Selling Model will be taught.)
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible across zones: Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist team members and support teamwork.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies & procedures.
