Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Monroe, LA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life daily, providing every guest with an amazing shopping experience.

You will use the AE Selling Model, energize guests with AE & Aerie knowledge, promote the loyalty program, and flex across the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom while upholding company policies. Your Role

As a part‑time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life every day! Your goal is to provide everyone who comes into the store with an amazing shopping experience, making their day better than before they came. You are the face of our company, you love the products, and you are passionate about building brand loyalty with every guest. Most of all, you represent our company values and bring your real self to work every day.

Your Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest and help them find exactly what they are looking for, with a “friends first” mindset.
• Energize guests by sharing knowledge of AE & Aerie products and making product suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team to get the job done and maintain teamwork.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO’s policies and procedures.
