Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in Florence, AL. You will bring the brand to life by delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with guests.

The role involves engaging customers, educating them about AE and Aerie products, and promoting the AE loyalty program. You’ll rotate between the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom, resolving guest concerns and supporting the team.

• Educate guests about AEO and Aerie products and make suggestions that fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and other brand channels to guests.
• Be flexible between the sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist your team in getting the job done.
• Act with integrity and always follow AEO policies and procedures.
