Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador in El Centro, CA to bring our brand to life in-store and deliver an outstanding shopping experience for every guest.

You’ll engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE and Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and support all store areas as needed.

This role welcomes energetic people who love interacting with customers, can work evenings and weekends, and have prior retail experience.

Job Description

This role is to engage guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the AEO loyalty program, and flexibly support all store zones as needed.

Your Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products and educate guests on product details, making personalized suggestions.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are able to work across the Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You assist your team, staying ready to get the job done.
• You conduct yourself with integrity, always following AEO policies & procedures.
