Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Chesapeake, VA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring our brand to life in-store, delivering an amazing shopping experience and building loyalty with every guest. You are the face of our company and align with our values.

You will guide guests using the AEO Selling Model, educate them about AE and Aerie products, and invite them to join the loyalty program. This role requires energy, multitasking, and a passion for AE fashion.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Full of energy and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Experienced in retail.
• At least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and make product suggestions to fit their needs.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• Flex between Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while sticking to company policy.
• Assist teammates and embrace teamwork.
• Act with integrity, adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.
