Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Auburn, WA is seeking a part-time Brand Ambassador to bring the brand to life in-store and deliver an amazing shopping experience.

You’ll engage guests with the AE Selling Model, educate them on AE & Aerie products, promote the loyalty program, and collaborate with the team while upholding company values and policies.

Qualifications

• Love interacting with people.
• Energetic and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when guests shop.
• Love AE and Aerie products.
• Have prior retail experience.
• You are at least 16 years of age.

Responsibilities

• You use the AEO Selling Model to engage with every guest, helping them find exactly what they’re looking for with a friends-first mindset.
• You are passionate about AE & Aerie products, educating guests on details and suggesting fits to their needs.
• You introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels to guests.
• You are flexible across zones, including Salesfloor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom.
• You proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• You collaborate with and support your team in getting the job done.
• You act with integrity, always adhering to AEO’s policies and procedures.
