The role requires a quick, creative thinker and strong online writer who can produce engaging graphics and videos and leverage analytics to optimize strategy.

The candidate will manage daily content, collaborate on campaigns, and help shape a data-first approach to social media.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in digital communications or digital organizing.
• Proven track record of creating high-performing social media content in advocacy, policy or political contexts.
• Experience with analytics to optimize digital campaigns is desired.

Responsibilities

• Generate, curate and publish daily content across social platforms to build the organization’s brand.
• Create memes, graphics, videos and digital products to increase virality.
• Collaborate with the digital team to implement strategies that meet target metrics.
