Job summary

CMC Recruiting is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the advisor experience for an Insurance Line of Credit product. You will onboard, train, and manage relationships with 100–200 advisors, driving product adoption and growth.

This is a highly visible, cross-functional role that sits at the intersection of customer success, sales support, and product education, and is fully onsite in Denver. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in customer success or account management, with fintech or SaaS

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, or SaaS is preferred.
• Ability to manage a portfolio while balancing proactive relationship mgmt with day-to-day problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for active financial advisors and teams.
• Build long-term relationships to drive satisfaction, retention, and product adoption.
• Maintain regular communication cadence with active advisors to sustain engagement.
• Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and increase product usage.
• Reengage advisors with additional potential and monitor account health for risks.
• Coordinate onboarding and deal processing activities with Sales and internal teams.
• Escalate advisor issues and help move opportunities through the pipeline.
