CMC Recruiting is partnering with a fast-growing fintech company to recruit an Account Executive. This role drives growth by managing the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to onboarding, with a focus on financial advisors and advisory firms across the country.

Ideal candidates have 2–5+ years in SaaS/fintech sales, strong coaching, and proven ability to close in a fast-paced environment, with travel about 25–30% and on-target earnings of $150k–$200k+.

Qualifikationen

• 2–5+ years in SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or consultative B2B sales.
• Proven ability to manage a full sales cycle and close deals quickly.
• Strong outbound prospecting with high activity levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience with MEDDIC, BANT, SPICED methodologies.
• Proficient with modern SaaS sales tools and CRM discipline.
• Self-motivated, coachable, and accountable with ownership mindset.
• Collaborative team player focused on growth and outcomes.

Aufgaben

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and onboarding.
• Build relationships with financial advisors and key stakeholders.
• Drive new business through outbound outreach and relationship-building.
• Conduct demos, presentations, and educational sessions with prospects.
• Expand and deepen relationships within existing accounts.
• Manage multi-thread relationships to boost platform adoption.
• Collaborate with leadership, product, and advisor success teams.
• Maintain pipeline and activity in the CRM with accuracy.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product updates.
