Job summary

Capital Markets Gateway LLC (CMG) is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring onboarding, adoption, and retention. You will be the primary contact for account health, surface whitespace for Sales, and develop tailored solutions that maximize value for clients in the ECM domain.

The role requires 3-5 years in customer-facing roles, fintech experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3-5 years in a client-facing role with a track record of delivering customer value
Experience in Fintech or financial institutions preferred
Ability to influence both technical and business audiences to drive product enhancements
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences
Curiosity to learn quickly and develop domain knowledge

Responsibilities

Own a dedicated book of accounts and manage health, adoption, engagement and retention
Engage with clients to surface needs, identify use cases, and drive product adoption
Develop account plans focusing on usage health and renewal opportunities
Identify feedback patterns to inform product direction and close gaps
Provide high-touch service and build lasting client relationships
Diagnose customer questions and offer practical solutions
Maintain deep CMG platform knowledge to support various workflows
Participate in a fast-paced Customer Success team and be adaptable
