Job summary

Kestra Holdings is seeking a Senior Advisor Marketing Manager to act as a strategic marketing consultant for advisor and firm partners. You will translate growth goals into actionable roadmaps covering brand, digital presence, content, and campaigns, while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will lead discovery conversations to understand target markets, differentiators, and available resources, then build practical plans that scale advisor education across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
• 5-8 years of marketing experience, preferably supporting financial advisors or wealth management firms.
• Demonstrated ability to consult with senior professionals and translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Strong knowledge of advisor marketing disciplines including brand, digital presence, content, campaigns, and measurement.
• Experience coordinating website, brand, content, campaign, or marketing-resource vendors, including scope alignment and follow-ups.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic marketing consultant to advisors and firms, linking activity to business goals and client growth.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand advisor targets, differentiators, and growth goals.
• Build practical roadmaps for brand, website, content, social, events, email, referrals, and lead generation.
• Coordinate marketing assessments for Bluespring and associated firms, including research and vendor coordination.
• Manage onboarding and co‑branding work, including websites, logos, and vendor coordination.
• Create scalable advisor marketing education through webinars, workshops, and repeatable toolkits.
• Partner with marketing leaders, Compliance, and external vendors to deliver coordinated support.
• Maintain visibility into activity, status, and results across the advisor marketing program.
• Stay current on advisor marketing trends, technology, and regulatory considerations.
