Fora is seeking an Advisor Engagement & Enablement Manager to support Fora Advisors with high‑quality facilitation, learning experiences, and practical coaching. You will deliver advisor‑facing programming, partner with cross‑functional teams, and cultivate relationships across the community.

This role suits a current or former travel advisor with a passion for mentorship, capable of turning real-world expertise into engaging trainings and scalable content to support advisors at every growth

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in travel or hospitality.
• 2+ years of experience as a travel advisor or in a closely related travel or hospitality role.
• Demonstrated experience leading training, learning, development, facilitation, or educational programming in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of building and growing a travel advisory business, including tools and partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multi-priority management.
• Authorized to work in the United States and based in New York City or willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and facilitate high impact advisor learning experiences across virtual and live formats.
• Lead advisor facing training sessions, workshops, and educational programming that support business growth and professional development.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify advisor needs and deliver timely support.
• Build relationships with advisors and serve as a trusted resource for business-building guidance and best practices.
• Refine training content based on advisor feedback and evolving priorities.
• Provide coaching and resources to support advisors through key lifecycle moments.
• Model best practices for building and growing a travel advisory business.
• Contribute to expansion of internal expertise to support advisors across topics and stages.
• Travel as needed to support in person events and market activations.
