Qualifications

• Seven+ years in financial services with advisor/development experience.
• Minimum five years of people leadership and coaching.
• Strong facilitation, feedback and communication skills.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for advisor development and drive strategic measures.
• Conduct regular coaching sessions with advisors and group sessions.
• Create onboarding and skill-building curriculum for new associates.
• Deliver accountability through structured performance reviews and plans.
• Develop and continuously improve the advisor development program.
• Coordinate licensing, education and compliance activities with leadership.
