Private Wealth Management Practice seeks a Director of Advisor Development to lead coaching, training, and accountability for Financial Advisors and Associate Financial Advisors. Reporting to the Managing Partner, this role strengthens advisor skills and client outcomes through a comprehensive training program.

The successful candidate will bring extensive financial-services experience, strong people leadership, and insurance know-how.

Formación

• Seven or more years in progressive financial-services experience (advisor, sales, practice management, leadership, training).
• Minimum of five years demonstrated people leadership, coaching, or advisor-development experience.
• Meaningful insurance experience and ability to coach on protection strategies within a plan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for advisor development and drive progress against strategic measures for comprehensive advice and client outcomes.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions with advisors and facilitate group or mentor sessions.
• Develop onboarding and education curricula for Associate Financial Advisors with readiness milestones.
• Lead accountability sessions translating priorities into measurable execution.
• Use data and SMART goals to identify gaps and craft action plans for consistent results.
• Design and continuously improve a comprehensive advisor development and training program.
• Coordinate licensing, credentialing, and education with leadership and compliance resources.
• Provide quarterly progress reports comparing advisor performance to goals.
