Qualifications

0-3 years relevant experience in the financial services industry.
Ability to obtain Series 7, 66, and SIE licenses within the designated time frame.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
The aptitude to learn and adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
Real ambition to pursue a client-facing career, with a strong interest in relationship management and sales.
Ability to develop client relationships and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

Proactively engage with Financial Advisors to strengthen relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and cultivate new business.
Represent Lord Abbett with professionalism and expertise, serving as a trusted resource for our clients.
Receive regular performance feedback and coaching to support your development and success.
Serve as the primary talent pipeline for future Regional Manager positions across multiple regions; contribute to growth within assigned territories.
Collaborate with Regional Managers to drive growth and manage relationships within an assigned territory.
Coordinate with the Marketing team to execute strategic outbound calling campaigns that support business objectives.
