Qualifikationen

• 0–3 years relevant experience in financial services.
• Ability to obtain Series 7, 66, and SIE licenses within the designated time frame.

• Program start date: January 2027.

• Proactively engage with Financial Advisors to strengthen relationships and cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent Lord Abbett as a trusted resource for clients.
• Receive regular feedback and coaching to support development.
