Job summary

97th Floor is seeking a curious and motivated advertising strategist to join our team in Lehi. You’ll collaborate with our content marketer, designer, and account director to craft compelling messages and choose the best channels for clients’ audiences.

You’ll learn quickly in a fast-paced environment, manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more, and conduct keyword and audience research to drive results while continuously refining strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Outstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter who is always learning in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Build advertising strategies with the team by identifying messages and channels for the audience.
• Learn in a fast-paced environment, take direction, seek clarity, and turn information into action.
• Build and manage ad campaigns across platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more).
• Conduct in-depth research to find ideal keywords and audiences to target.
• Achieve target results through monitoring, A/B testing, and strategy adjustments.
• Diagnose campaign performance issues and create action plans to course correct.
• Lead client communication on strategy, execution, and progress.
