Job summary

97th Floor is seeking a data-driven Ad Campaigns Lead to own and execute advertising strategies for complex client accounts across multiple channels. You will manage and optimize a substantial monthly ad spend, collaborating with content marketers, designers, and account directors to craft compelling messaging grounded in audience insights.

The role requires at least 2.5 years of ads management across several platforms, strong analytics, and the ability to translate performance into actionable

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred)
• 2.5+ years of ads management experience on at least four platforms
• Ability to translate performance data into actionable strategy and dashboards
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and performance reporting

Responsibilities

• Own and execute advertising strategies for complex accounts across multiple channels
• Manage and optimize $300K+ monthly ad spend
• Collaborate with content designers and account directors on creative and messaging
• Translate business objectives into ad strategy using performance data
• Build and optimize campaigns end-to-end including keyword research and bidding
• Lead client communications, explaining strategy and outcomes clearly
• Stay ahead of platform changes and share insights with the team
• Contribute to process improvements and internal playbooks
