Job summary

97th Floor is seeking a curious, detail-oriented Ads Manager to join our Utah team. You’ll build advertising strategies with the content marketer, designer, and account director, manage campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more, and conduct keyword research to reach the right audiences.

You’ll monitor results, run A/B tests, communicate progress to clients, and translate business goals into actionable tactics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, not required.
• 1-2 years ads management experience.
• Experience hitting key advertising metrics based on strategy.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
• Self-starter eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with 2-4 ad platforms (Google/LinkedIn/Meta/Microsoft/TikTok/Pinterest).
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, especially Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Build advertising strategies with the team (content marketer, designer, account director).
• Manage ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, and more).
• Conduct keyword and audience research to target ideal users.
• Monitor, test (A/B), and adjust strategies to hit goals.
• Lead client communications, explaining strategy and progress.
• Learn client business models and drive strategy decisions accordingly.
• Diagnose performance issues and create action plans to improve results.
• Translate guidance into actionable steps for client accounts.
• Keep knowledge updated on marketing trends and platform updates.
