Job summary

97th Floor is seeking a proactive digital advertising professional to own and optimize multi-channel campaigns with a focus on measurable growth. You’ll partner with content marketers, designers, and account directors to craft campaigns grounded in audience insights and performance data.

This role supports a ROWE environment with flexible scheduling and strong emphasis on results, autonomy, and collaboration. We value curiosity and clear communication to drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred, not required).
• Minimum of 2.5 years of ads management experience on at least four platforms.
• Ability to interpret performance analytics (ROAS, CPC, CPA).
• Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with conversion tracking, attribution, and dashboarding (Looker Studio).

Responsibilities

• Own and execute advertising strategies for complex client accounts across channels.
• Launch, optimize, and maintain 300K+ in monthly ad spend for clients.
• Collaborate with content marketers, designers, and account directors on creative and messaging.
• Translate business objectives into ad strategy using performance data to prioritize channels.
• Build, launch, and optimize campaigns end-to-end including keyword research and budget pacing.
• Lead client communication, explain strategy and results, and align metrics with business outcomes.
• Stay ahead of platform changes, test new features, and share insights with the team.
