Midwest Communications, Inc. in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive to develop and maintain advertising relationships across radio, digital, and event platforms.

The role focuses on prospecting new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering measurable results for clients through strategic media planning. You will work with WIXX, WNCY, WTAQ, WGEE, WYDR, and WNFL stations and earn a semi-monthly draw plus monthly commission.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Sales experience in media or advertising sales.
• Proven ability to prospect, close business, and manage a book of accounts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Create and present customized advertising and marketing solutions across radio, digital, and events.

• Provide ongoing account management, including performance reviews and renewals.
• Attend client meetings and networking events to build market presence.

Midwest Communications, Inc in Green Bay, WI is seeking an Advertising Sales Executive. As our Advertising Sales Executive you will be responsible for developing and maintaining advertising relationships with local and regional businesses by providing integrated marketing solutions across radio, digital, and event platforms. This role focuses on prospecting new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering measurable results for clients through strategic media planning.

The radio stations you will be working with may include WIXX (101.1), WNCY/Y100 (100.3), WTAQ (97.5), WGEE/Duke FM (93.5), WYDR/Jack FM (94.3), & WNFL (99.7)

**Pay for this role will be a semi-monthly draw pay + monthly commission**

As our Advertising Sales Executive , you will…

• Prospect, develop, and maintain new and existing advertising accounts.
• Conduct needs assessments with clients to understand business goals and target audiences.

• Prepare proposals, negotiate rates, and close sales to meet or exceed revenue goals.
• Collaborate with programming, production, and digital teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, forecasts, and client communications in the CRM system.
• Provide ongoing account management, including campaign performance reviews and renewal recommendations.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and community functions to build market presence.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.

We are asking you to…

• Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Have previous sales experience in media or advertising sales
• Have the proven ability to prospect, close business, and manage a book of accounts.
• Have strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and be able to work independently.
• Have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license and reliable transportation.
