Job summary

Spectrum Reach is hiring a Program Manager responsible for overseeing multi-project programs, ensuring alignment with scope, schedules and budgets. The role partners with project managers to apply standardized processes and manage risks, reporting progress to leadership.

You will drive program-level decision making and support improvement initiatives. The position requires strong coordination skills, a track record of delivering complex programs, and experience in advertising/media settings.

Qualifications

• Ability and experience in prioritizing and organizing effectively and managing multiple projects and assignments.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Program Manager experience.
• Experience in Advertising/Media a plus.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing business programs consisting of multiple, inter-related projects. Ensures coordination and integration of projects with respect to scope, timing, and budgets.
• Partners with project managers and project leaders to assist them with implementing project management processes and making improvements.
• Oversees consistent application of established project management processes and methodologies across all projects within the program. Ensures projects are on time and within budget while meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
• Accountable for plans and teamwork assignments, coordinating work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, ensuring completion of quality reviews, and driving resolution of issues.
• Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on program strategy, direction and changes. Partners with business leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities to achieve program objectives.
• Performs other duties as requested.
