Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program management, project management, or a related role.
• Proven experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
• Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies.
• Experience managing project schedules, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resources.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple complex programs across cross-functional teams.
• Develop program roadmaps, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success metrics.
• Coordinate project managers and functional teams to ensure alignment with program objectives.
• Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, dependencies, risks, and issues.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
• Establish program governance, reporting structures, and communication processes.
• Track program performance and provide regular status updates to senior leadership.
• Facilitate meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder discussions, and program planning sessions.
• Collaborate with technology, product, operations, finance, HR, and other business teams as required.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and remove obstacles that could impact program delivery.Ensure programs meet quality, compliance, security, and organizational standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Drive process improvements and implement best practices for program management.
• Support change management and organizational adoption initiatives.
• Maintain accurate program documentation, project plans, dashboards, and executive reports.
