Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of Project Management or Program Manager experience.
• Experience in Advertising/Media a plus.
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments.
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members.
• Effective critical thinking skills.
• Proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data.

Responsibilities

• Oversee business programs consisting of multiple, inter-related projects and ensure alignment with scope, timing and budgets.
• Partner with project managers and leaders to implement project management processes and improvements.
• Coordinate with multiple managers to assemble overall program plan and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Track milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues; drive resolution with project managers.
• Communicate program strategy and changes to leadership and stakeholders; provide regular updates.
