Job summary

WXII, the NBC affiliate in Winston-Salem, seeks a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to support our Sales team across broadcast and digital campaigns from order entry through completion.

You will collaborate with Sales, Traffic, and Digital teams to ensure accurate campaign setup, delivery monitoring, and client reporting, while embracing AI-powered tools to improve workflow and client service.

Qualifications

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience supporting advertising sales, media operations, or client service preferred.
• Experience with WideOrbit, AdBook, or similar media systems preferred but not required.
• Comfort learning and utilizing AI-powered workplace tools to improve productivity and reporting.
• Related military experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and manage broadcast and digital advertising orders while supporting Account Executives throughout campaign setup, execution, and completion.
• Monitor campaign delivery, implement updates as needed, and prepare campaign reports and performance recaps to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Traffic, Digital, and other departments to coordinate campaign execution, resolve issues, and maintain accurate client records.
• Deliver exceptional service by supporting client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, and proactively identifying solutions to campaign needs.
• Utilize Microsoft Office, sales systems, and AI-powered productivity tools to improve proposal development, reporting, data accuracy, and workflow efficiency.
