Job summary

Hearst Communications, Inc. in Winston-Salem is seeking a detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to assist the Sales team in a fast-paced, multiplatform advertising environment. This in-person role ensures campaigns from order entry through completion, reporting to the Digital Sales Manager.

You will collaborate across departments to ensure accurate campaigns, leverage AI-powered tools, and deliver exceptional service to internal and external clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting advertising sales, media operations, or client service.
• Experience with WideOrbit, AdBook, or similar media systems is preferred but not required.
• Comfort learning and utilizing AI-powered workplace tools to improve productivity and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Enter, maintain, and manage broadcast and digital advertising orders while supporting Account Executives throughout campaign setup, execution, and completion.
• Monitor campaign delivery, implement updates as needed, and prepare campaign reports and performance recaps to ensure successful client outcomes.
• Partner with Sales, Traffic, Digital, and other departments to coordinate campaign execution, resolve issues, and maintain accurate client records.
• Deliver exceptional service by supporting client communications, preparing proposals and presentations, and proactively identifying solutions to campaign needs.
